PAYKWIK EARNINGS-DEDUCTIONS
Earnings and Deductions are entered as a three digit number providing
for one thousand types and great flexibility in meeting a wide variety of
needs. There are 400 Earnings-Ddeductions preassigned in a Master file. Each
company can copy those required for its needs into a company pay code
file to have a customized and manageable list of authorized unique company
codes. Users can design and add additional codes and modify the descriptions
of their company codes to satisfy local needs.
Earnings and Deductions may be limited by Start and Stop date and Dollar
Amount. They may also be limited to a Fixed Number of pay periods per month
in extra pay period months. Deductions can be made to a Fixed Amount per
month in 5 week months in this manner. They may also be stopped Temporarliy
as needed.
Insurance deductions can be entered and started automatically after a trial
period. Employee loans and garnishments can be terminated automatically
when paid out. 401K and 403B can be limited to an annual target.
EARNINGS-DEDUCTIONS AVAILABLE:

Annual and hourly salary, One-half salary overtime, and dock salary pay.
